Abstract
In my bachelor's thesis, I have focused on the payroll process, work attendance and employee benefits in UPC Czech Republic, Inc. my work is divided into five chapters.
In the introductory chapters of my thesis, I discuss wage related matters from theoretical point of view, and also cite individual practical examples.
The last chapter is dedicated to the practical application of the ascertained facts. I briefly describe the company's operation, its organizational structure and organization of work. I focused here on two divisions within the company, D2D and B2B, which I analyzed in more detail.
