Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the ability of competitiveness of a family company according to chosen methods. First, the theoretical part describes the basic terms such as company, business and businessmen, competition and competitiveness and competitive advantage. Next, there is a description of the chosen methods which are used to evaluate the competitiveness of companies. Another part of this bachelor thesis focuses on the characteristics of the target company. The practical part covers applications of methods for the chosen family company and last parts aim at summarization, recommendation and conclusion.
