Abstract
In this thesis I made the competiton analysis of the Internet shop Clip-in.cz on the market with hair hairpieces. The goal of the marketing research was to compare products and services of the competititon by the method of mystery shopping, assess the competitive e-shops by priimary research and also to find out their quality. I reached that goal by marketing researches and by secondary data. Based on the data, I created possible suggestions and recommendations, which were the results of the used methods.
