Abstract

Employer is obliged to ensure safety and health protection at work, with regard to risks followed from potential life and health hazards of his emploees. Each employee is fully responsible for adherence to all legislative requirements in this matter. Thesis comprises proposals of essential directives for legislative requirements observance in the field of safety and health protection at work.
