Psychosociálne riziká v pracovnom prostredí

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with psychosocial risks and work stress. The theoretical part is focused on the characterization of psychosocial risks in the workplace and the description of types of psychosocial dangers. In the case of psychosocial risks, regulations addressing this issue are also mentioned. Furthermore, the work discusses the concept of stress and its types, but also the reaction to it and its manifestations, consequences, and prevention against it. The work continues by describing work stress with the possibilities of its evaluation, prevention, and measures against it. The work also deals with work stress in specific jobs, both for teachers and office staff. The theoretical part ends with a description of Meister's questionnaire, which will be used in the practical part. The practical part describes the researched companies and evaluates Meister's questionnaire, but also the self-created questionnaire. Based on the analysis of the results from the questionnaires, the end of the practical part deals with the selection of measures against the given psychosocial risks of companies
