Analýza finanční a organizační struktury hokejového klubu LHK Jestřábi Prostějov

Abstract

Topic of my thesis is analysis of financial and organizational structure of the hockey club LHK Jestřabi Prostějov in season 2012/2013. The aim is to analyze the structure of the hockey club, sources of funds and their subsequent use and creation of SWOT analysis. In this work were used information obtained from interview with manager and from provided documents. Based on the results of the investigation, I provided suggestions and recommendations for the club, which could lead to an improvement of the current situation. Theoretical basis for this work is sport terminology, characteristics of the economic concepts of management and marketing, the possibility of raising funds and typology of sports organizations.
