Abstract

Thesis theme is called "Adaptation of Wage System in Foundry Plant." The theoretical part of the thesis gathers all important data connected to the employee wage - payment plan. In the practical part of the thesis the current wage - payment plan in a particular foundry is analyzed. According to the survey the plan is consequently rated and the reccomendations are stated so that the solution will in the end motivate the employees and also will be bearable for the company's budget.
