Abstract

This thesis deals with the issue of accuracy, respectively the difference between the measured values of power consumption static and induction meters for measuring the energy costs of appliances switching power supply in their districts. These differences in measured values are due to their entirely different principle of measurement of electrical energy. To ensure the accuracy of the measured values of selected types of meters, were properly calibrated by in Authorized Metrological Center with an official mark K18. Result of this work is to evaluate the readings of electricity meters, which achieve the same appliances for measuring the switching power supplies under the same climate (laboratory) conditions of different sizes. The work also includes determining the measurement uncertainty.
