Abstract

The thesis deals with the influence of Parenthood in Workplace in the Czech Republic. In the first part of the work are explained theoretical considerations which apply to labour supply and gender. The theoretical knowledge are also applied in empirical and practical. Empirical research includes studies on parenting and its impact on employment. In the absence of part of the model. The model is estimated separately for men and women. The result is the absence of quantification of the effects of age.
