Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to assess the training and development of employees in the organizations. The first part deals with the theoretical background of education and its methods. In the second part are characterized by municipalities Valašské Meziříčí and Hranice. Another section is devoted to the evaluation questionnaire and then evaluate the cost-site training at both municipal authorities and their comparison. In the last section provides suggestions and recommendations for improving the common situation.
