Abstract

This Bachelor thesis is about the creation of an information system for Health Centre of general practitioner for children and adolescent in Ostrava-Svinov. System was designed so that it can be used by another doctors with the same specialization and needs of the same functions. Information system will help doctor to process files about his patients and store them with possibility to easy searching in that data in the future. It will provides an ordering system for patients to avoid long waiting for examination or eventually to find out if the doctor is working at a specific time and specific day. System was created using technology ASP.NET from Microsoft Corporation. The implementation of information system itself was preceded by a detailed analysis of client requirements and creating functional and data analysis.
