Abstract

The feasibility study describes a business plan from its economic and technical aspect. The bachelor thesis is divided in two main parts – description and analysis of the current state of funeral services market. The feasibility study is a compulsory annex to a documentation of any investment project which is planned to be co-financed from EU structural funds. Also, the study of flexibility is fairly often required by banking institutions or by investors who are approached to participate in an investment project. The bachelor thesis is inspired by the structure and content of applications for European grants from Structural Funds. Such the structure is suitable for banking institutions and potential investors as well. The evaluation of an effectiveness and possible realization of the project is summarized at the end of the bachelor thesis.
