Abstract

This bachelor thesis aims to analyze consumer behavior in the drycleaning market, with focus on the company Dry Clean, s. r. o. , which offers textiles and clothes drycleaning services. The objective of this thesis is to find out who the customers of the company are, how do they behave when using the companies services, how they react to the companies offers and what their preferences and needs are. I would also like to find out, how people accept individual factors of the offered services, which are a priority for the company. The thesis contains a description of the company Dry Clean s.r.o. followed by an outline of the theoretical framework. In the practical part I analyzed primary data gathered through questionnaires. At the end I outlined recommendations, based on the analyzed data, which could help the company improve its business.
