Abstract

On the mechanical engineering field, there has been nonstop of advances in new studies and the uses of new information technologies. But yet, the problem of poor electronic performance still remains with two critical features: the poor data-management and the lack of portability. This thesis describes the developments of the new Information System to assist in norm-managements and normative processes. The whole application was built on Oracle database and developed in Java using Persistent layer Oracle TopLink. The purpose of this thesis is the understand Oracle TopLink technology and its practical usages in developing software according to customers' requirements.
