Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou projektového řízení ve společnosti DT – Výhybkárna a strojírna, a. s. V první části jsou uvedeny teoretické základy rojektového řízení. Druhá část práce pak popisuje současný stav projektového řízení římo ve společnosti DT – Výhybkárna a strojírna, a. s. Poslední část obsahuje porovnání mezi teoretickými a praktickými částmi bakalářské práce a následně jsou podány návrhy a doporučení na možná řešení zjištěných problémů v projektovém řízení společnosti.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with analysis of the project management in the company DT – Výhybkárna a strojírna, a. s. The first part states theoretical principles of the project management. Then the second part of this thesis describes the current state of the project management directly in the company DT – Výhybkárna a strojírna, a. s. The last part contains comparison between theoretic and practical parts of the bachelor’s thesis, and consequently suggestions and recommendations for possible solutions of the problems in the project management of the company are made.
