Abstract
Social security in the EU
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to present and clarify the social security in the European Union.
In the first chapter the coordination of social security is presentted. I stated the basic rules and principles of coordination.
The second chapter is focused on pension insurance in the European Union and in the Czech Republic. It offers the basic information applied to the pension rights and payments.
The last chapter concerns the implementation of pension insurance and its implementation in 2007 and 2008.
