Proces vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The quality of human sources in organizations is very important. Education and development of the employees is a part of the personal activities. Each organization has its own system of the company's education. The employees are increasing their qualifications and the skills during the educational process. The goal of my Bachelor's thesis is to analyse the process of employee education and development in the chosen organization and to recommend the proposals for the present process. The theoretical part is based on the knowledge of specialized literature. The practical part contains the description of the present process of employee education and development in the chosen organization. The personal observation and questionnaire methods are used for the analysis. Possible suggestions for the improvement of the present process are worked out.
