Odpovědnost za škodu v pracovněprávních vztazích

Abstract

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the problems of liability for damage in labour-law relations both on the part of employee and on the part of employer. This results from the Labour Code that regulates these relations whereas individual articles of this Act are analysed and brought closer to the ordinary reader. Part of my thesis is then devoted to the application of liability for damage in practical life and some of the disputable cases are presented and documented by selected practices of the court in its decisions.
