Abstract
In the centre of the diploma thesis is fly ash, which is an inorganic exhaust that arises from the combustion of fossil fuels in thermal power plants. The thesis describes its origin, chemical and physical properties as well as its utilization. Another part of the work is devoted to the problems of sludge from urban wastewater treatment plants. Sludges contain micropolutants that prevent their further use in agriculture and are therefore currently being disposed of by the incineration process. This process can take the form of combined sludge combustion together with fossil fuels in the heating plant. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the evaluation of the influence of the sludge addition from the WWTP on the change of the chemical composition of the heating plant fly ash from the fluid combustion.
