Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the factors influencing the attendance of cultural events in Ostrava. It outlines the basic principles of consumer behavior and the characteristics of cultural organizations operating in the city of Ostrava. A marketing research was conducted, focusing on the attendance of cultural events, theaters, and music events in Ostrava. The results of the research were processed in an analysis. Based on the analysis, proposals and recommendations were formulated for organizers of cultural events in Ostrava.
