Analýza EEG signálů

Abstract

Nowadays, thanks to technics, we can measure a large number of biosignals. From simplest, like pressure and heartbeat, to the most complicated like EEG. Nowadays , use of these biosignals is of double sort. In the first case they are engaged in diagnostic activity for medicine. In the second case of use of biosignals are biosignals like control channels. The aim of the second case is to control the machine by naked thought. In this thesis we are engaged in diagnostic of biosignals EEG for using in medicine. For the biosignals EEG evaluation we will precompute the signal by vector quantization and then we will search in the precomputed signal. For vectors comparison we use cosine and quadratic meausure.
