Informace pro zajištění bezpečnosti jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá nedodržováním podmínek vyhlášky o organizaci a činnosti jednotek požární ochrany zřizovateli a členy jednotek sborů dobrovolných hasičů vlivem špatné dostupnosti informačních zdrojů. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. Na začátku práce je proveden rozbor legislativy a vysvětleny základní pojmy. Je popsán současný stav řešené problematiky, objasněna akceschopnost jednotek požární ochrany a rozebrány rizika pro operační řízení. Další kapitola vyhodnocuje výsledky kontrol a dotazníkového šetření a prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy definuje silné a slabé stránky systému. Poslední dvě kapitoly upřesňují informační zdroje, jejich umístění a navrhují obecná i konkrétní řešení pro zlepšení současného stavu.

The thesis deals with non-compliance with the terms of the Decree on the organization and activities of fire protection troops by founders and members of volunteer firefighter troops due to poor availability of information resources. The thesis is divided into six chapters. At the beginning of the thesis there is an analysis of the legislation and basic terms are explained. The current state of the topic is described, responsiveness of fire protection troops is clarified and Operational Risk Management is analysed. Next chapter evaluates the results of the checks and the survey and it defines the strengths and weaknesses of the system through SWOT analysis. The last two chapters specify information resources and their location and they propose general and specific solutions to improve the current situation.
