Abstract
The subject of this thesis is a single-aisle steel hall with a built-in administrative area. The hall is covered with a saddle roof with a decline of 5 % and a ridge parallel to the longitudinal axis of the hall. The roofing is designed in two variants – with purlins and without purlins. Both variants are further evaluated and it is chosen the more suitable variant with respect to the main load-bearing system of cross-links and the design efficiency. Cross-links are designed in two load-bearing variants, either as full double-jointed frames with the axial distance of 0.6 m or as a truss girder placed on the fixed columns. The subject of the design is also a steel-concrete ceiling of the administrative area over the first ground floor that is also designed in two load-bearing variants, either as a steel-concrete ceiling formed by primary and secondary beams or, in the second variant, as a sheet-concrete ceiling without secondary beams, only with primary beams.
