Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with issues and emergence of disturbing influences caused by the public light. Resources of disturbing influences and elimination of their effects are analyzed in this work, which are supported by the practical part, where occurred to mensuration of disturbing light impacting on facade of the apartment building.
