Energetická rekonstrukce administrativní budovy

Abstract

Práce se zaměřuje na návrh stavebních úprav vedoucích ke snížení energetické náročnosti budovy a na návrh nové otopné soustavy. Řešeným objektem je dvoupodlažní administrativní budova s plochou střechou, obsahující skladové a administrativní prostory. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na stavební a technickou část. Stavební část zahrnuje zpracování projektové dokumentace stávajícího a návrhového stavu budovy a posouzení tepelně technických vlastností konstrukcí. Technická část se věnuje návrhu systému vytápění, včetně návrhu zdroje tepla, otopné soustavy, regulace a ohřevu teplé vody.

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of structural modifications leading to a reduction in the energy consumption of the building and on the design of a new heating system. The building is a two-story administrative building with a flat roof, containing storage and administrative spaces. The thesis is divided into a construction and a technical part. The construction part includes the project documentation for the existing and proposed state of the building and an assessment of the thermal properties of the structures. The technical part is devoted to the design of the heating system, including the design of the heat source, heating system, regulation, and hot water heating.
