The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to create project documentation of an apartment building in the construction stage according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 405/2017 Coll. on construction documentation [2]. It is a non-basement apartment building with three above-ground floors with ten residential units, while on the first above-ground floor is designed for a barrier-free apartment for people with limited mobility. The roof of the building is designed as a flat roof. The project documentation prepared according to the scope of the assigment and according to the Decree no. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 405/2017 Coll. on construction documentation [2] contains a technical report and a drawing part. The bachelor's thesis also includes a thermal and technical assessment of perimeter structures according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [16] and a static calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase.
