Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with creating a mobile application for devices with the Android operating system. It will be used to display the results of a home weather station's measurements. The application is designed to work purely on the home network without requiring Internet access. The application will retrieve data from an API server, which is responsible for downloading data from the station. Data is stored using a local SQLite database, and communication between the server and the station uses the MQTT protocol. The exchanged data is sent in JSON format. The API server is built on the .NET 6 architecture, and the mobile application is built using Java technology.
