Analýza dopravního provozu a návrh opatření na křižovatce Studentská - Opavská v Ostravě-Porubě

Abstract

This work addresses the issue of the intersection Studentská – Opavská at Ostrava - Poruba. Part of this work is to determine the structural and technical condition of roads, traffic accidents, identifying and evaluating the traffic intensity (using a traffic survey), calculate the capacity of the current state and prospective determination of intensity for the 2030. For forthcoming (planned) evaluations of the intensity of traffic additional capacity calculations, showing potential modifications to the proposed intersection, have been prepared. Part of the final draft is to analyze the documentation gathered, to verify the flow of traffic through the junction beam curves in the AutoTURN 8 and the visualization of the intersection in the PTV VISSIM. The goal of this work is to propose a solution that would suit the safety and flow of traffic at the intersection.
