Abstract
The thesis focuses on the external and internal analysis of a selected engineering company operating on the B2B market. Theoretical knowledge of strategic analysis is applied in the whole thesis. PEST analysis, Porter analysis, industry analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis are used in the analytical part. Finally, there are suggestions for penetrating the new market and reaching out to potential customers.
