Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis is formation of a project of revitalization housing estate in Hradec Králové. The thesis is divided into chapters and processed in the range of 56 pages minimum. First three chapters are dedicated to introduction into problematic, recapitulation of theoretical bases and basic information about the area. Following chapter is dealing with a proposal of regeneration of mentioned area, then follows a chapter on regeneration and financing costs and conclusion. The result of the thesis is a proposal for solution of an urban study, covering mainly solution of static transport and solution of the public space so it meets requirements of modern urban life.
