Abstract

MIHOVÁ, Veronika, Bc.: Multifunctional building with a green walls. Ostrava: VSB – Technical university of Ostrava, The Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, Ostrava, 2021. Supervisor: Ing. Kateřina Kubenková, Ph.D. The theme of the master thesis is the processing of the project documentation of Multifunctional building with a green walls. The thesis is about building without basment with three floors which will be based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. Roof will be single – skin and flat. All vertical bearing and non bearing walls will be designed with building system of Porotherm. The ceiling construction are plate made of reinforced concrete. The floor construction, roof and perimeter cladding are designed with using a program TEPLO 2017, which we get elaboration of thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures. In the building will be the pharmacy (1st floor), a caffe shop (1st floor), the warehouse fot the apartments (1st floor), the apartments (2nd floor, 3rd floor). The part of the thesis is the project documentation of Multifunctional building, elaboration of thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [1], elaboration of energy label of building envelope according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [1] and static calculation of the ceiling plates made of reinforced concrete and reinforced concrete foundation strips.
