Abstract

My bachelor thesis was aimed at measuring customer satisfaction sport center. The object of the measurement of satisfaction was Unnosport sports center, which is located in Ostrava-Dubina. The goal of the investigation I carried out by questionnaire on a sample of 121 respondents Unnosport´s customers. The work is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter contains an introduction. The second chapter examines the characteristics of society, the development of fitness, examine the company in terms of macro and micro environment. The third chapter contains a theoretical background to the satisfaction measurement services, which describes the services, satisfaction, clients, etc. In the fourth chapter examine the methodology of research. In the next chapter, I evaluate all the responses that I received from customers Unnosport Sports Center. Penultimate chapter contains proposals and recommendations for the company, which could lead to increased customer satisfaction. The last chapter is concluded.
