Abstract

The topic of this thesis is The Alternative Sale Analysis. Specifically it is focused on sale via own point of sale. The aim of thesis is propose the best destination to establish Viadrus factory’s own point of sale. Theoretical part is focused on basic terms and problems of the strategic analysis, the external environment of company and methods which apply to this analysis. The key element of the thesis is a model of “4C” which constitutes the basic starting point for the practical part. In the thesis is Viadrus factory introduced as part of a joint stock company ŽDB GROUP. The thesis is prepared for the factory Viadrus. Last chapter contains proposals and recommendations for suitable destination of point of sale. In addition, support of sales will be assessed.
