Abstract

The content of the bachelor thesis is construction and technological process of implementing double-layered roof of a residential building. The residential building is designed as a self-standing structure, with a partial basement, three overhead floors and a double-layered roof. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to correctly design the roof layers, determine the dimensions of the ventilated air gap and the size of the inlet and outlet vent openings. Part of the thesis includes a solution of the selected roof details. Realisation of the double-layered roof contains a defined item budget and a schedule in the form of a line diagram. The bachelor's thesis includes the technical report, design documentation and thermal technical assessment of selected constructions.
