Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with using of social media for Canis Safety company. The object of the thesis is to find the right type of content for reaching more visitors and followers, which is leading for Engagement and visits grow on Facebook and Instagram. Observation was chosen as the method of this thesis. Data were mined through the web analytics. There were analysed results from profiles of the company for seven month on social networks Facebook and Instagram, from August 2016 to February 2017. There were analysing of demographic and geographic data from the visitors, their activity in time, number of followers changes, Key performance indicators for pages and public posts, type of sponzored posts and their influence on metrics. The last part of this thesis is target for optimalization of using social networks in case of analytical part. There were written some suggestions and recommendations for each category and better results in future. The See-Think-Do-Care framework and its aplication on social media was used for whole optimalization. The research found out types of the content which make the visits growing. The advantage of the Canis Safety is in making their own content and there were recommendated new ways in it. It’s very important to measure all the key metrics for the following optimalization. The content wasn’t sponzored for many times but there are results in this thesis that pointed out on big difference in results for sponzoring targeted on right content and right users of social media world. Social media are great channel for new customer aquisitions, brand or page awareness, growing of buys through the e-shop and building better relation ship between company and costumers.
