Stanovení hodnoty podniku Fipart s.r.o.

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení hodnoty podniku FIPART s.r.o. prostřednictvím vhodně zvolených oceňovacích metod. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dva stěžejní celky, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy vztahující se k tématu diplomové práce a popsána teoretická východiska pro ocenění podniku. Stěžejní částí diplomové práce je praktická část, ve které jsou uvedeny základní informace o podniku FIPART s.r.o. a taktéž je zde provedena externí a interní analýzy podniku. Následně je přistoupeno k samotnému ocenění podniku, a to prostřednictvím jedné majetkové a dvou výnosových metod. Práce je zakončena interpretací získaných výsledků a závěrem.

The thesis is focused on establishing the values of the company FIPART s.r.o. through the appropriately chosen valuation methods. The thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part we will define the basic terms related to the topic of the thesis and describe the theoretical basis for the company valuation. The crucial part of the thesis is the practical part where we introduce some basic information about the company FIPART s.r.o. and also we will perform internal and external analysis of the company. The work continues with the very evaluation of the company by three methods. First method is an evaluation of property, second and third are revenue methods. The thesis ends with the interpretation of the results and with the conclusion.
