Abstract

The Goal of the Dissertation is Analysing the Decision-making Process of Bachelor´s Students in the Choise of Futher Education. The Research was Conducted Through an Online Questionnaire. The Respondents were Students of 3rd Year Study Program Economics and Managament of the Faculty of Economics. The Purpose was to Determine, if Students Want/don´t Want to Continue in the Master Study, their Reasons of Decision and Main Factors of Satisfaction and Importance within the Faculty of Economics. Based on the Results where Propose Recommendations to the Election Schedule, Combined Studies, School Facilites and Educators.
