Abstract

Post mining area, including northern Bohemian dumps significant potential for conservation. Typically, there is the presence of critically endangered species of plants and animals with specific demands habitats (organisms requiring a network of shallow pools, etc.). However, this potential is greatly eliminate reclamation, as demonstrated by a number of studies conducted on the northern Bohemian dumps. This work has as main purpose to describe the history of the most dumps and their further use. This work shows the course of history of coal mining and reclamation in the Most area, the possible use of dumps today. The main reason why I chose this topic is because I was born here, continue to live and also that I wanted to learn something more and reclaiming themselves and continue processing the topic of the thesis.
