Motivace a vzdělávání pracovníků ve vybraném podniku automobilového průmyslu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocení motivace a vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti automobilového průmyslu. Hlavním cílem je zjistit motivační faktory a celkovou spokojenost zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a na základě výsledků analýzy navrhnout vhodná doporučení, která by mohla vést ke zvýšení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve firmě. Teoretická část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům a pojmům, které souvisí s problematikou pracovní motivace a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou vybrané společnosti a také praktickou aplikaci analýzy spokojenosti a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Praktická část obsahuje především vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. Výsledkem diplomové práce je návrh vhodných doporučeních, která by mohla vést ke zvýšení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě.

The main subject of the diploma thesis is evaluation of motivation and education in a selected company of the automotive industry. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the motivational factors and overall employee satisfaction in the selected company and based on the results of the analysis to propose appropriate recommendations, that could lead to increased motivation and employee satisfaction in the company. The theoretical part is devoted to theoretical knowledge and concepts related to the issue of work motivation and employee training. The empirical part deals with the characteristics of the selected company and also the practical application of the analysis of satisfaction and motivation of employees in the selected company. The empirical part contains mainly the evaluation of the questionnaire investigation. The result of the diploma thesis is the proposal of appropriate recommendations that could lead to increased motivation and satisfaction of employees in the selected company.
