Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes the course of practice carried out in the student of BONATRANS GROUP a.s. BONATRANS GROUP a.s. active in the production of railway wheels and wheelsets, grew up during the 15 years the largest producer in the EU countries. We can here to learn about different principles and technologies used in the manufacture of railway wheels and wheelsets. This bachelor thesis focuses mainly on the warm part of the production, where was specified the student project with named "Interoperational signaling". Students in the firm he worked as a programmer PLC, specifically Siemens series SIMATIC S7-300. In this work is broken down this project, including the issue of programmable logic. Closer will focus on the so-called a warm part of the company where is carried forging and rolling railway wheel rolling.
