Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to evaluate employee service system of Vsetínská sportovní s.r.o. company, analyze the existing motivation system and subsequently suggest measures securing a maximum possible satisfaction rates among employees. The thesis consists of five parts; introduction, summary of the existing theory behind employee motivation, analysis of particular methods used in the company, evaluation and suggestions for improvement and conclusion. The theoretical part discusses the main areas of employee motivation theory and the terminology. The third – analytical –part researches the existing motivation system and compares it to the employees’ requirements and desires using a survey method while the more detailed findings about the current system are researched using unstructured interviews and company documentation. Fourth part evaluates the research and provides a suggestion for improvement. Finally, a conclusion summarizes and reflects the research findings in light of intended thesis aims.
