Zhodnocení vzdělávání zaměstnanců v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The thesis deals with actual training and development system for employees in VÚHŽ a.s.. It also includes sytem’s description, evaluation interviews, which focus on training of hard skills needs. The thesis introduces VÚHŽ a. s. company, describes more broadly development and education of employees in organizations and educational strategies and analyzes new trends in education. These findings are implemented in the current system of education in the company and are applied for measurement of the efficiency of financial resources invested in education. In conclusion, there are suggested some possible recommendations and innovations for the existing system of education and development in the company.
