Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on competitive analysis on the diary products market which is intended for OLMA, a.s. Proposals and recommendations for empowerment of competitive position OLMA, a.s. are included in the thesis. The analysis is made up by plan of market field, Porter‘s analyses of competitive powers and competitive analyses in light of availability and price. The research has been made up mainly by observation with numerical availability method and prices at chosen chain stores.
