Přeshraniční spolupráce v záchranářství

Abstract

V úvodu je nejprve nastíněna současná situace na poli přeshraniční spolupráce a důvody, které mě vedly k rozpracování této problematiky. V následujících kapitolách jsou potom blíţe rozebrány jednotlivé druhy mezinárodní pomoci, je provedena rešerše předmětné problematiky a popsány základní principy a specifika. Pro celkové zhodnocení přeshraniční spolupráce jsem stanovila kritéria a jednotlivé varianty jsem podrobila analýze s vyuţitím stanovených zásad. V závěru jsem nastínila základní nedostatky a předloţila moţné návrhy na zlepšení současné situace.

In the introduction the current situation in the field of cross-border cooperation and reasons of my interest in this issue are described there. In the following chapters there are analyses of individual types of international aid and the discussed issue is researched. Further, the basic principles and specifics are described. I determined the criteria for an overall assessment of a cross-border cooperation and moreover I analyzed the individual options using the determined criteria. In conclusion I pointed out the basic defects and I proposed some suggestions how to improve the current situation.
