Systém ukazatelů skladového hospodářství ve společnosti TATRA TRUCKS a.s.

Abstract

The present diploma thesis deals with the performance of company logistics and the use of tools and methods of logistic controlling in warehouse management in the TATRA TRUCKS company. The paper aims to devise a system of logistic indicators in store management and to propose methods of observing and evaluating these tools. This system may lead to an improvement in the performance of logistic processes, i.e. to a more efficient use of warehousing areas, planning of labour and handling equipment.
