Abstract
The main issue of this diploma thesis is in the theoretical part an introduction to the principle
of the world-class system, a search of professional literature in the field of optimization of
production processes and lean management, and an analysis of production processes on
plastic lines in the current state. In the practical part, the optimization is carried out, including
the new structure of the production process with the subsequent reconstruction of the lines and its evaluation.
