Návrh nového využití brownfieldu v Dolní oblasti Vítkovice

Abstract

The goal of the dissertation thesis is a complex study describing new usage possibilities of brownfield number 1125/4 and 1125/102 located in Lower Vítkovice Area. The described area is owned by ČEZ Company. The proposed solution will be elaborated both with respect to current surroundings usage and to complex environmental characteristics. The thesis has to correspond to all actually valid legal prescriptions and technical norms. As a part of the thesis, a detailed analysis of current state of the area will be elaborated, together with a description of possible problems and limits that might influence the proposed solution. The proposal would contain at least two different usage solutions, one of them will be further selected and subjected to a deeper elaboration including – transport and technical infrastructure drawing, greenery drawing, visualization. The choice of the selected variant will be justified. The present thesis would contain a more detailed analysis of one proposed object. While designing, the overall urbanistic composition must be emphasized, maintaining the basic urbanistic principles and respecting all limits and other legislative restrictions that results of the current area state. The thesis will also include an approximate costs calculation for the eventual proposal implementation.
