Optimalizace logistických procesů ve skladovém hospodářství společnosti HYSCO CZECH s.r.o.

Abstract

The aim of this work is an analysis of current condition of warehouse management in HYSCO CZECH s.r.o. company and suggestion of suitable optimization of this system leading to cost reduction. The thesis is divided into two basic parts. The theoretical one describes the basics of logistics, stock, stock management. Practical part introduces HYSCO CZECH s.r.o. company. There is also description and analysis of current system of stock management. Base on this analysis and theoretical knowledge the optimal way of stock management with economic advantage is suggested.
