Abstract

The main goal of this thesis is to make communication on social networks in company UNEX a.s. more efficient. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains literature research. Marketing communication, its tools and social networks are described there. The practical part contains a current state analysis of use of social networks in the chosen company. Based on the findings, improvements and other possible uses of social networks in UNEX a.s. are proposed. Subsequently, the recommendations are evaluated using the real potential for improvement method.
