Abstract

In this diplom thesis, an analysis of recruitment and selection of employees in a selected organization The aim of this thesis was based on the analysis of the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the organization to propose changes to improve it. In the theoretical part of the thesis was devoted space to describe the concept of human resource planning, job analysis , methods of recruitment , employee selection methods , validity of selection methods , evaluation of the process of recruitment and selection of staff. The practical part describes the characteristics of the organization , the process of recruitment and selection of employees in a selected organization . There were selected the survey , which should show view to the process of selection and recruitment organization. There were recommendations for the organization designed to improve the process of recruitment and selection of staff. The thesis is beneficial for the organization of their results of the survey and suggestions for improvement.
